Continuing on with the Classic Breakbeat Loop Series, this one has another 100 classic breakbeats, including James Brown staples like “Funky Drummer” and others, and also one of the most often used and well-known breakbeats of all time, “Impeach the President” by The Honeydrippers.

This week we have the first part of a breakbeat bundle. =D
For you boom bap heads, I’ve got you covered this week. In the vault we’ve got the first part in a big bundle of all the classic funk breakbeats that our beloved hip-hop has been built upon and then some.
I’m sure some will be looking for the James Brown breaks, “Synthetic Substitution,” “Impeach the President,” and other notables, but they will be contained in one of the next parts of the bundle, and I will be releasing one part a week for the next few weeks.
For now, all you boom bap producers will have enough drums to cut from these 100 breaks.

This week we have a multi-use VSTi. =D
This very versatile VSTi has got a ton of great sounds that can help you out with your projects. Since the product is fully discontinued and is not available anywhere anymore for purchase, I’ve put it up in the vault to allow those who are need of a versatile VSTi to grab this one for free.
My personal favorites in this particular VSTi are the Brass and Orchestral presets. The Orchestral side has Spicatto strings that sound pretty realistic in terms of how they sound when the player brings the bow upward or downward.
For an example of the spicatto strings and the brass (particularly the French Horns in this song) you can listen to Black and Blue Ink.’s song Insurgency.
